Please think of designing a trim-able plastic “leaf” to cover the extended area for mounted applications.

I am a dentist and am thinking of mounting something like these behind my operatory TVs, but I think I would want that area covered for ease of cleaning and to minimize chance of damaging the cable.

    Hi Grandal,

sorry for the delay in replying to your question. We’ve given it some thoughts, and designing a plastic cover that would cover the entire range of size (from 32″ to 70″) would be quite difficult. To clarify, the cables on the unit are enclosed in an alumium channel that protects them and keeps the clutter to a minimum. However if you still wanted to seal off this channel, it looks like the best way would be to use a commercially available adhesive sheet, of maybe some wide/strong tape.
